01 / Handcrafted Meals

Our retreat gives you an entire day off from making meals (and cleaning up after them!) by providing breakfast, lunch, and dinner - all made from scratch in our kitchen.

02 / Activities Included

The group of attendees will be led through sessions by Sarah, and also taken off-site to enjoy a hike all together. This encourages group participation, forges lasting friendships, and fuels the fire of moving with purpose from start to finish.

03 / Expert Instruction

Sarah combines her decade of experience with her education to bring you a unique wellness retreat that will challenge you to make real changes in your nutritional habits and physical lifestyle. In addition, you’ll receive a booklet with practical application tips to help you move towards your fitness goals.

Foundations of Health: Women’s Wellness Intensive

April 18, 2026 

Join us for a full-day immersive health and wellness experience designed exclusively for women who are serious about making lasting changes to their nutrition, movement, and lifestyle.

This in-person intensive will be led by Sarah (B.S., M.S., CF L-2, NCI L-1) and is designed to provide evidence-based education, practical application, and supportive connection in an engaging and welcoming setting.

    • An informational packet provided to each participant

    • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided

    • Educational sessions hosted at Breyer Patch Loft

    • A guided mid-day hike at Margarette Falls

    • Grocery shopping education, including label reading and practical food selection strategies

    • Dedicated Q&A time to ensure your questions are fully addressed

    All event fees must be paid through EventBrite 14 days ahead of the event date to ensure that all of our attendees’ information is listed accurately, and so we can prepare adequate resources.

    After booking, be sure to make arrangements if necessary so that your time with us is enjoyable and smoothly fits into your schedule.

    Arrival Recommendations
    Doors open officially at 7:45AM - if you show up any earlier you may be tasked with assisting with setting up breakfast! Just kidding…maybe. But all kidding aside, please arrive on time or a little before, and be mindful that we will stick to the schedule regardless of whether an attendee is running behind, and we reserve the right to turn an attendee away should they arrive after breakfast when the check-in window has officially ended.

    Get Packed & Join Us
    Now all that's left to do is pack your bags and get excited for your new adventure! Bring along a water bottle, a change of clothes if you wish to get comfy after dinner for our final session, and any change of shoes to wear during our hike.

  • - Ticket purchases will be required prior to the event, no refunds

    - In-person attendance is preferred until the event ends at 8PM, but attendees may leave early if absolutely necessary

    - Recommended for individuals who are serious about making health changes

    - Opportunity to sign up for a free initial consult for individual coaching with Sarah at the end of the night (only 3 spots will be offered for individual coaching at this time)

    - This event is for women only as the instruction will be tailored to their specific nutritional and physical needs

    If you are coming from out of state we recommend reserving a hotel or Airbnb in advance! This is an incredible town with much to offer, and as there are a few colleges around, the hotels and Airbnb locations do occasionally fill up depending on local events/activities.
